LOST/STOLEN ORDERS
USPS may experience unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability. They are trying their very best to deliver all of your packages in a timely fashion. In the case that your package is lost or tracking has stopped completely please contact USPS Customer Support Line +1-800-275-8777.
Please make sure you provide USPS with the correct tracking # and Shipping address. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address that you provided, lost/stolen, or damaged orders. You will need to refer to the USPS and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and USPS states delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. We will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we have a no refund, no exchange & no returns policy. Due to hygiene reasons it’s not sanitary and items can not be resold.
CANCEL/MODIFY ORDERS
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. If we have mailed off a package and it is returned to us (marked Return to sender) due to an incorrect/ undeliverable address, You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package.
